UK delivery is via Royal Mail Signed For – 1st Class & Royal Mail Special Delivery
All items are handmade to order – so please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Some items are held in stock so may be dispatched at a faster rate. If you require an item urgently for a special date please get in touch and Ellys will do her best to accommodate your needs.
It is our highest priority to ensure each order is created with absolute care. However, as each item is handmade and therefore unique – variations might occur. Colours and textures may vary slightly from our website and sizes are accurate within reason.
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your item or it has been damaged upon delivery, please contact Ellys directly within 14 days of your purchase. We are happy to offer an exchange or alternatively a refund if items are returned in saleable condition within 14 days of you receiving your order. However if the issue is not deemed a manufacturing fault we will not be liable for return postage costs. Unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund bespoke commissions.
Refunds will only be administered when the item has been returned with it’s original packaging. We will not be liable for any items lost in transit.
